Look. I know the whole "BIONICLE community" has degraded into something barely recognisable of what it once was. But now it's just ridiculous.
You know, I used to think this was just about making MOCs and sharing them, giving each other feedback and ways to improve. Not some popularity contest. Not some "who has more fanboys" kind of thing.
Rivalries are made, yes. Sometimes enemies. And sometimes the we start to drift from those we called our friends.
We should have tried to leave our personal lives out of this kind of thing. We shouldn't have to care about our beliefs, values, and views. But no. We start to silently despise them because of those things, because we forgot what this was all about in the first place. Suddenly, it begins to show, and sometimes the "fame" has gotten to us.
But that is no reason to hide behind an army of people whose respect you've only earned through a facade. Because if you have something to say, you settle it, one on one. There's no need for supporters jumping on a bandwagon.
